Individual therapy sessions are approximately 50 minutes.
Hopeful Pathways Counseling is currently a private-pay practice and does not accept insurance.
$150 per 50-minute session
Sliding scale available upon request.
However, if you cancel, I ask you to provide 24 hours notice. I also understand, emergencies happen.
If there is no emergency, the cost will be 50% of your session fee.
Beginning therapy can feel intimidating, but you don't have to have everything figured out. I offer a free 15-minute video consultation to ensure that we are both a fit for one another. It is simply an opportunity to get to know one another, discuss your goals, and determine how therapy can best support you.
